Our client secures stablecoin and digital payment solutions, enabling merchants worldwide through strong partnerships, scalable infrastructure, and proven transaction growth across modern payment ecosystems within regulated compliant innovative fintech platforms.

Job Description

  1. Lead the overall strategy and development of the company's stablecoin payment ecosystem.
  2. Drive adoption of stablecoin-based payment solutions across merchant and partner networks.
  3. Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with merchants, payment providers, fintechs, and platforms.
  4. Oversee business development initiatives to grow transaction volume, revenue, and market presence.
  5. Collaborate with product and technology teams to design seamless digital payment solutions.
  6. Identify new payment use cases, markets, and commercial opportunities for stablecoin applications.
  7. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements with key stakeholders.
  8. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to digital payments and stablecoins.
  9. Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure payment solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  10. Represent the company externally with merchants, partners, industry forums, and ecosystem events.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Strong knowledge of digital payments, payment rails, and settlement models, including stablecoins or blockchain-based payments.
  2. Proven experience building and managing partnerships with merchants and payment-related partners.
  3. Demonstrated track record of growing digital payment businesses or launching successful payment products.
  4. Solid business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving fintech or crypto environment.
