Job Description

As an Events & Marketing Manager - Asia, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and client gatherings.
  • Marketing and communications planning and implementations.
  • Managing event budgets and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Market Intelligence including maintaining current information on trends and opportunities.
  • Client Information Management, including maintaining information, tracking BD activities and client presentations.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the company's standard materials.
  • Monitoring and evaluating event success through post-event feedback and reports.
  • Handling any unforeseen issues during events with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willing to travel in Asia

The Successful Applicant

A successful Events & Marketing Manager - Asia should have:

  • A degree in marketing, event management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in marketing / communications and events management within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems effectively.
