Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Global IT Firm), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities within assigned markets and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute account and sales strategies to expand wallet share and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal solution, delivery, and offshore teams to create compelling, client-centric proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to proactively position relevant solutions and services.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry events, and executive-level discussions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven track record in business development or enterprise sales within IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Strong ability to build and manage senior executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and closing high-value, multi-year deals.
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions, delivery models, and commercial structuring.
  • Strategic mindset with strong market awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
