Job Description



Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across target industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and business objectives.



Client Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, Operations Directors, Customer Experience leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing tailored outsourcing and CX solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.



Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities within technology, e-commerce, gaming, fintech, travel, and digital-native businesses.



Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Solutions, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance market presence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
    • 5+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or solution-selling experience.
    • Experience selling BPO, CX solutions, outsourcing services, SaaS, technology, recruitment solutions, or digital transformation services is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new enterprise clients.
