Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
  • Prepare requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Coordinate and support UAT, including test case review and defect management.
  • Work closely with testers to ensure business requirements are adequately tested.
  • Conduct end-user training and prepare related documentation.
  • Support system enhancements and new insurance product initiatives for the Hong Kong market.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, IT, Insurance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related roles.
  • Insurance background with exposure to individual insurance products (e.g., Life, Medical, Critical Illness, Savings products).
  • Candidates with only MPF or General Insurance experience will not be considered.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English and Mandarin.
