Job Description

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst; exposure to individual insurance products, operations, and processes is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of information accurately and with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with working hours
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather, validate, and document business requirements, and recommend solutions that meet business and customer needs
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, including defining test scenarios and data requirements, ensuring timely completion
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; log defects identified during testing and escalate in accordance with established procedures to ensure resolution
  • Prepare training materials and deliver user training for system enhancements and changes
  • Provide ongoing project and system support to end users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support ad hoc requests and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
