Job Description

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Translate these requirements into functional specifications that can be effectively utilized by technical teams.
  • Review and assess existing business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps. Propose and design improvements that strengthen operational performance and streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Support various project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports. Contribute to the timely and successful delivery of initiatives within the defined scope.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications. Ensure all records remain accurate, well‑organized, and easily accessible.
  • Develop test cases and assist in coordinating UAT activities. Confirm that delivered solutions align with business needs and meet the established acceptance criteria.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project delivery methodologies is an advantage.
