Our client, a leading multinational insurance organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Claims Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with claims operations experience who are passionate about process improvement, digital transformation, and driving operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Assist in the delivery of claims transformation and process enhancement initiatives, ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with business users and claims subject matter experts to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), process reviews, and solution implementation activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of business and system solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverable, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support change management activities, including user communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with analysing claims workflows, identifying pain points, and recommending practical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with around 3-4 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably within Individual Life, Group Life & Health, or claims-related transformation/system projects
  • Experience participating in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives within insurance or healthcare environments is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
