About Our Client

Our client is a leading insurance and financial services firm who is currently driving for business transformation. They are seeking a Business Analyst with strong business accume to support process improvement, operational excellence, and AI-driven initiatives within a high-profile transformation programme.

Job Description

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational transformation
  • Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Gather, analyse and consolidate business requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new operational procedures and business processes
  • Support AI and emerging technology initiatives, including proof-of-concept (POC) testing, evaluation, and implementation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented solutions
  • Prepare business reports and recommendations for management review
  • Support change management activities, including user training and adoption of new tools and processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or similar functions
  • Hands-on exposure to AI initiatives, AI adoption projects, automation projects, or new technology implementation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Creative thinker who can identify innovative ways to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
