Our client is a well-established Financial Services firm. Currently, they are looking for an Associate to with End-to-end Trading System knowledge to join their team.

Job Description

  • Monitor and support overall system health by analyzing key performance indicators
  • Participate in impact assessments for system changes and enhancements, and prepare related documentation to support the change management process.
  • Analyze business and system requirements, and prepare/review testing documents, including test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Execute testing activities, validate results, and assist in investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and daily operations.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system development, application support, or client support for mission-critical platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Exposure to platform development, system transformation, or technology-related projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms, market practices, and/or derivatives products is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business users.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
