Job Description

As Michael Page Recruitment Consultant You Will:

Source, engage, and build strong relationships with candidates across the Financial Services sector, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide clear guidance to help them navigate opportunities in the market.
Support senior consultants by preparing candidate shortlists and market insights for active roles.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively advise candidates and contribute to team knowledge.
Coordinate the interview and offer process between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow‑up.
Contribute to team success by collaborating closely with colleagues and supporting key recruitment activities.

The Successful Applicant

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

Fresh graduate or candidates with up to one year of experience from any discipline
Understanding of Mainland China culture, market dynamics, or business environment
Proficient in spoken Mandarin, with strong written skills in both Mandarin and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proactivity, resilience, and motivation to succeed
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
