Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead all digital, social, creative, and trade marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and support commercial growth in Hong Kong. This role is highly executional, ideal for a marketer who is both creative and operationally strong.

  • Develop and manage content strategy across IG, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Oversee publishing, community management, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs including engagement, impressions, CTR, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Lead creative direction for product photography and short‑form video.
  • Develop consumer‑relevant, high-quality visual and written content.
  • Manage influencer briefs and partnerships.
  • Develop POSM including shelf talkers, stickers, in‑store posters.
  • Support ATL and BTL initiatives and sampling events.
  • Coordinate activation calendar with Sales teams.
  • Lead performance reporting and consumer insights analysis.
  • Oversee influencer negotiations and vendor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years in social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics.
  • Experience in Beverage, FMCG, lifestyle or retail industry with a track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools, Meta Business Suite, XHS, and basic analytics platforms.
