A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR professional to join its growing team. The company operates as a medium-sized enterprise with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, MPF administration, taxation, insurance, and employee benefits programs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and execute effective talent attraction strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data, personnel records, and HR documentation
  • Support attendance, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, employee initiatives, and various HR projects
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies, programs, and best practices

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' of experience as a HR Generalist covering C&B and Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Fast learner, proactive and reliable with strong attention to details
  • Mature minded team player with the willingness to fill in the gap when needed
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediately Available candidates are highly preferred
