Job Description

As an Assistant HRBP, you will work in direct partnership with the Head of HR, overseeing 900+ headcounts across the business. This role provides an immaculate balance of operational responsibilities and advanced business partnering exposure. While maintaining the administrative and coordination structures that drive the HR function, you will also be involved in corporate governance, business meetings with leaders and large-scale projects to contribute to enterprise-wide strategic projects. Guided by a team of seasoned HRBPs, you will develop a deep understanding of corporate strategy, making this an ideal launchpad for a dedicated professional looking to build a long-term, impactful career in HR Business Partnering.

Key Scope:

  • Lifecycle Coordination: Manage end to end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, C&B, talent management and HR transformation projects. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and maintaining rigorous data integrity.
  • Executive Coordination: Provide comprehensive operational support to the general HRBP initiatives and tasks, ensuring the flawless execution of workflows, project management, and the preparation of data driven reports
  • Business Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in facilitating communication between the HRBP team and department heads, gaining exposure to leadership meetings and learning to align corporate strategy with people initiatives.
  • Large-Scale Project PMO: Support different projects for major organizational initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and talent development programs.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate data and generate comprehensive HR metrics reports to support leadership in decision-making.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a corporate or matrixed environment.
  • Highly intelligent and "switched-on," with a proven ability to process complex information and proactively identify operational efficiencies. Love to problem solve and can think outside-of-the-box.
  • Possessing excellent judgment, a high level of professional emotional intelligence, and the absolute discretion required to handle sensitive corporate data.
  • A strong desire to understand the commercial drivers of a large-scale business, paired with an eager aptitude for continuous professional learning.
  • Polished and articulate verbal and written communication skills, with the presence to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a responsible, methodical approach to managing multiple corporate priorities.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
