This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.Job DescriptionManage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across various online channels and e-shop platforms to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion objectives.Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, campaign calendars, and commercial plans to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, search marketing, influencer collaborations, livestream initiatives, and marketplace promotions.Monitor campaign and sales performance through data analysis, preparing reports and actionable recommendations to improve ROI and overall business results.Conduct market research on competitors, consumer trends, and digital developments to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.Oversee product listings, content updates, promotional activities, pricing, customer service coordination, logistics follow-up, and inventory-related activities.Ensure the consistency and quality of digital assets, website content, social media posts, SEO/SEM initiatives, and marketing materials.Manage CRM and customer engagement programs, including email marketing, SMS, messaging platforms, and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional development.Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless execution of marketing and e-commerce projects.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to online marketplaces, performance marketing, and CRM management.Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business KPIs.Creative, proactive, and data-driven with a passion for identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and customer engagement.Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, consumer products, or related industries is advantageous.Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce operations would be an added advantage.Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good written and spoken English.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path with a dynamic working environment.
