Job Description

As a Asset Management GM your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximize property value.
  • Overseeing property operations and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Support with property leasing and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for property assets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the property industry.
  • 15 yrs in asset management and property operations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
