Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end project delivery within the technology department.
  • Ensuring all AI initiatives are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • In conjunction with technical team, evaluating and recommending AI tools and technologies that can enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitating regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's in business administration, project management, economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in Project Management or Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of AI principles, tools and methodologies.
  • Formal project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience in project management within the insurance or technology sectors.
  • A proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in insurance.
