Job Description

  • Gather and analyse business requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
  • Design and deliver solutions using AI prompting, Copilot, and Power Platform.
  • Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps and related low-code tools.
  • Support end-user computing tools to improve productivity and workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and solution documentation.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimise processes with AI solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst Programmer.
  • Hands-on experience with AI prompting, Copilot, and Power Platform.
  • Solid knowledge of Power Apps and end-user computing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile or structured SDLC environments.
  • Good communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical users.
