With a prestigious background within the investment industry, they are focused on fostering a professional work environment and delivering exceptional services in their sector.Job DescriptionHandle daily HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.Manage end-to-end payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.Administer MPF and ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies.Support the annual performance review and appraisal cycle.Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.Develop, maintain, and update employee records and HR documentation.Create, review, and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency.Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.Prepare HR and administrative reports for business leaders and management review.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate quotation and renewal processes for employee medical insurance plans.Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily office operations, including pantry and meeting rooms.Manage company assets and properties, including company vehicles, office equipment, supplies, and facilities.Maintain a welcoming, well-organised, and productive workplace environment that supports employee engagement and well-being.Coordinate with external service providers and vendors as required.The Successful ApplicantImmediately Available candidates or candidates with short notice is highly preferredBachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of experience in HR and office administration, preferably within a small-to-medium-sized organisation, family office, investment management firm, or professional services environment.Experience in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Hands-on experience in office administration, with the ability to oversee day-to-day office operationsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.Well organised, thoughtful and versatileStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and senior stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong English communication skills is a must; Fluent CantoneseMature minded, discreet, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from HKD 420000 to HKD 480000.Medical Insurance covering all dependantsPermanent role within the investment fieldThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR & Admin professional to make a tangible impact.
