They possess strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value propositions. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential, along with familiarity with Japanese business practices. The individual should demonstrate a proactive, results-driven mindset, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in both direct and channel sales environments.
