As a VP - Product Management, you will focuses on end-to-end product life-cycle management, including analysis, positioning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.You should have experience managing diversified products and be capable of supporting growth across multiple product types, including ETFs.
  • Exposure to diversified products including ETF and quantitative strategies.
  • Direct reporting to Head of Product, enabling nice career acceleration.

Job Description

As a VP - Product Management, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct product analysis, positioning, and prepare high-quality marketing materials.
  • Facilitate DDQs and RFPs for institutional clients.
  • Support product life-cycle management and daily operations.
  • Act as liaison across functions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor market trends and regulations to identify new product opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP - Product Management should have:

  • Around 7-9 years of experience in product management or related roles in asset management.
  • Experience managing diversified products; ETF knowledge preferred.
  • Solid understanding of cross-border schemes such as QDII, MRF, and ETF Connect.
  • Proficient with financial data platforms and AI tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and diligent.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
