About Our Client



Our client is a US law firm, and they are looking for a Capital Markets Associate (3+ years' PQE) to join their dynamic and market-leading capital markets practice.

Job Description

  • Advise issuers, underwriters, and sponsors on equity capital markets transactions, including:
    • IPOs (Hong Kong, U.S., and other international exchanges)
    • Follow-on offerings and placements
    • Investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings
  • Provide legal support on cross-border transactions involving PRC-based clients
  • Draft and review offering documents, prospectuses, and transaction agreements
  • Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction execution timelines
  • Liaise with regulators, external counsel, auditors, and clients



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ PQE in capital markets at an international or reputable law firm
  • US and PRC qualified
  • Native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent in English
  • Demonstrated experience in equity capital markets
  • Strong academic credentials (LLB/JD or equivalent from a top-tier institution)
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively under pressure
