This role supports a consulting team by assisting with documentation preparation, basic reporting, and analysis related to trade and compliance projects.

About Our Client

Our client is an established professional services firm providing advisory and project support on trade, supply chain, and compliance‑related matters. The Hong Kong team works closely with regional stakeholders within a structured consulting environment and is currently expanding across the Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing client documentation, working papers, and compliance reports
  • Review and organise trade-related documents (e.g. invoices, shipping documents, customs records)
  • Perform basic analysis and reconciliations using financial and trade data
  • Support data validation, checking, and formatting for customs and trade submissions
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing in accordance with internal standards
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely completion of deliverables



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, compliance, operations, or professional services
  • Familiar with Excel
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
