Job Description

As a Team Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic business decisions.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for leadership teams.
  • Analyzing market trends and financial data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitoring and optimizing financial performance metrics.
  • Developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Head VP FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
  • Effective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
