Job Description

As a System/ Network Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end device migration to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Support Windows 10/11 migration projects, including device readiness, deployment, and post-migration support
  • Configure and manage:
  • Intune device enrollment (Autopilot, Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join)
  • Compliance policies and configuration profiles
  • Application packaging and deployment
  • Work with MECM (SCCM) for co-management scenarios and migration strategy
  • Perform endpoint build, imaging, and OS deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot migration issues related to devices, applications, and user profiles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, infrastructure)
  • Provide end-user support during migration phases to ensure smooth transition
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and migration runbooks
  • Monitor and report on migration progress, risks, and issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Intune Engineer should have:

  • 3-8+ years of experience in endpoint engineering / desktop engineering / IT infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Windows OS deployment and migration (Windows 10/11)
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (hands-on or project-based)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Device lifecycle management
  • Group Policy (GPO) and modern management concepts
  • Azure AD / Active Directory
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale migration projects
  • Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
