Our client is one of the international schools based in Hong Kong Island.

Job Description

As a System Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain core IT systems to support reliable daily operations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify issues before they affect users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related incidents.
  • Manage system configuration and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Install, update and maintain approved technology platforms and equipment.
  • Respond to technical requests and provide clear solutions to users.
  • Work with Technology colleagues to resolve system issues and improve service availability.
  • Support planned system changes to minimise disruption to the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful System Engineer should have:

  • Practical experience maintaining IT systems and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to monitor system performance and respond to service incidents.
  • Experience with system installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Ability to document technical work clearly and accurately.
  • Confidence working with colleagues to address technology requests.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Monthly salary of HKD 30,000 to HKD 35,000.
