Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic partnership initiatives with corporate, institutional, and ecosystem partners
  • Coordinate and manage events, conferences, networking functions, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Assist in the delivery of Mainland China-related projects and cross-border initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage programme logistics, operational processes, timelines, budgets, and reporting
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting materials, and post-event evaluations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Support ad hoc projects and business development initiatives as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Innovation Management, or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in Partnership execution, Event management, Corporate innovation, Project coordination, or related functions
  • Experience supporting or managing Mainland China projects is highly preferred
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Hong Kong and Mainland China for project and event support
  • Fresh Grad Welcome
