Job Description

As a Strategic Investment Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

· Conduct feasibility studies and strategic research on listing opportunities in Hong Kong for group assets.

· Identify and evaluate equity investment opportunities in Hong Kong-listed companies aligned with corporate growth objectives.

· Lead internal coordination and external engagement to promote the listing of high-quality assets.

· Support fundraising initiatives including equity financing, private placements, and strategic partnerships.

· Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and investor sentiment in Hong Kong capital markets.

· Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and board-level presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Investment Manager should have:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in investment, fundraising, or capital markets, preferably within SOEs or large corporates.

· Strong understanding of Hong Kong listing rules and equity investment landscape.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
