This is a unique opportunity for a retail professional with a strong background in luxury fashion to drive store performance, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.Job DescriptionStore Operations & Leadership:Lead all aspects of daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.Prepare and execute store opening plans, ensuring operational readiness for the grand opening and beyond.Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that reflects the brand's values and commitment to excellence.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.Sales & Business Performance:Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective leadership and sales management.Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and customer trends to identify business opportunities and improve store performance.Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales, productivity, and profitability.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.Client Experience & Relationship Management:Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized styling experiences.Build, maintain, and grow a loyal client base through relationship-building and clienteling activities.Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively.Organize and support in-store events, VIP appointments, and client engagement initiatives.Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation:Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the highest luxury retail standards.Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, store presentation, and product displays.Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand's image, values, and customer experience standards.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, or contemporary women's fashion brands.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer engagement.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance and implement effective strategies.Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.Flexible to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path with a dynamic working environment.
