Our client is a leading international retailer with a strong footprint in Asia, recognised for its commitment to responsible sourcing and high standards in ethical and sustainable supply chain practices.

Job Description

  • Drive the execution and continuous improvement of the Responsible Sourcing and Social Compliance program in partnership with internal teams and external auditors
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing and merchandising teams to embed social compliance standards into vendor selection and on-boarding processes
  • Monitor supplier adherence to the Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and international ethical standards
  • Oversee and coordinate third-party social audits, including planning, tracking, and reviewing audit outcomes to identify potential risks
  • Manage non-compliance cases by conducting investigations, escalating issues, and partnering with stakeholders to implement effective corrective action plans
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation, including audit schedules, reports, and remediation tracking, while supporting broader sourcing governance initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree-qualified, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in social compliance or responsible sourcing within a multinational or sourcing office environment
  • Strong working knowledge of international social compliance standards and audit frameworks (e.g., ICTI, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, SEDEX)
  • Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including sourcing, quality, and regulatory teams, within a matrix organisation
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations, particularly across key Asian sourcing markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
