About Our Client

Our client in high-end furniture is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join their showroom in a dynamic and fast-growing luxury lifestyle retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing settings and are motivated to deliver exceptional service while driving sales performance.

Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized service to customers and handle enquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to expand the customer base and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall brand objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage customer and operational matters
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including quotations and sales order preparation
  • Assist with daily retail operations and perform ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle products, kitchen/furnishing/lighting, interior design, or hospitality
  • Strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
