We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into system and technical requirements, and coordinating solution delivery to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, project teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system implementation and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
  • Participate in solution evaluation, system enhancement, and technical solution discussions.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support system integration, data mapping, and workflow analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately delivered.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
  • Provide post-implementation support and coordinate enhancement requests.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology change initiatives.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and functional specifications.
  • Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • (Good to have) Experience with cloud-based solutions and enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, or operational systems.
