Job Description

As a Senior Property Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of new property opening operation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the development process.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Monitoring and addressing potential risks and challenges in a proactive manner.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Reporting project progress and results to senior management and relevant parties.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in property management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or retail property.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations and standards.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
