As part of its continued growth, the Group is seeking a high-calibre communications professional to join its Corporate Affairs team.Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for candidates with experience in Group Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, Family Office, Holding Company, Conglomerate, or diversified business environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate CommunicationsSupport the development and execution of integrated corporate communications strategies aligned with the Group's priorities and long-term vision.Enhance and protect the Group's corporate reputation through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.Assist in driving thought leadership and corporate storytelling across internal and external channels.Content DevelopmentDraft and refine executive communications, speeches, leadership messages, presentations, and internal communications materials.Develop communication toolkits including key messages, FAQs, fact sheets, briefing notes, and talking points.Ensure consistency of messaging across various business units and stakeholder groups.Executive & Corporate EventsCoordinate executive engagements, conferences, leadership forums, external speaking opportunities, and corporate events.Provide end-to-end event support including planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-site execution.Stakeholder EngagementSupport communications activities involving internal stakeholders, business units, external partners, and media where appropriate.Work closely with senior management to ensure effective communication of strategic initiatives.The Successful ApplicantRequirementsDegree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Brand Communications, or related functions.Experience within a family office, family-owned enterprise, conglomerate, holding company, diversified group, professional services firm, financial institution, or multinational corporate environment would be advantageous.Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing high-profile corporate communications initiatives.Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional writing and message-crafting capabilities.Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.What's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to advance your career as a Senior Officer, Group Corporate Affairs in Hong Kong.
