Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Technology Governance & Risk, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing technology compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and assessing the organization's compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in technology systems and processes.
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
  • Providing guidance and training to staff on technology compliance best practices.
  • Staying up to date on regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends within the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager, Technology Governance & Risk should have:

  • Strong knowledge of technology compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in implementing and managing compliance programs within a technology or financial services environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex compliance issues.
