Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Technical Audit & Regulatory, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and overseeing technical audit activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the audit team.
  • Reviewing and improving audit processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses and preparing detailed audit reports.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to address technical audit issues.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in auditing standards and practices.
  • Mentoring and developing team members in technical audit competencies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, CICPA or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of external audit experience, with solid experience in technical audit.
  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in technical audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager grade.
