As part of its commitment to talent and leadership development, the company is establishing a dedicated Learning, Assessment and Talent Development Centre and is seeking a high-calibre L&TD expert to shape and lead this exciting new function.Job DescriptionDesigning and implementing talent development, leadership development and succession planning strategies aligned with the organisation's long-term business objectives.Establishing and leading a Development Centre focused on building future operational and leadership talent across China and international markets.Driving executive, management trainee and high-potential development programmes, including structured rotations, mentoring and career development initiatives.Partnering with senior business leaders to identify critical talent needs, strengthen leadership pipelines and enhance organisational capability.Leading workforce capability and succession planning initiatives to support sustainable business growth and future talent requirements.Overseeing employee development frameworks, learning curriculum and talent acceleration programmes to enhance performance and career progression.Managing the budget, resources and governance of learning and talent development initiatives.Evaluating programme effectiveness through talent outcomes, succession readiness and organisational capability metrics.Collaborating with senior stakeholders to support talent mobility, leadership development and cross-functional talent programmes.Providing leadership and direction to the Learning & Talent Development team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.A minimum of 15 years' of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and/or Organizational Development within a sizeable organization with exposure to the China market.Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development, talent assessment, succession planning and high-potential (HiPo) development programmes.Hands-on experience with talent reviews, competency frameworks, assessment centres, psychometric tools and leadership assessment methodologies.Strong capability in identifying organisational talent gaps and developing strategies to upskill, reskill and accelerate talent development across different employee groups.Experience establishing and managing learning academies, leadership programmes, management trainee programmes, graduate development programmes and/or internal talent pipelines.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and HR teams.Experience in coaching, mentoring and leadership capability-building initiatives.Solid understanding of organisational development, workforce planning, change management and capability development.Prior experience supporting China-based operations or leading talent development initiatives across Mainland China is highly preferred.Willingness to travel and work closely with stakeholders across Hong Kong and Mainland China.What's on OfferA competitive base salary ranging from HKD 900,000 to HKD 1,100,000.Permanent position with long-term career prospects.Opportunity to lead impactful learning and development initiatives.If you are ready to take on this rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.ContactGrace LeeQuote job refJN-092026-7099803Phone number+852 2848 4721Job summaryFunctionHuman ResourcesSpecialisationLearning & DevelopmentWhat is your area of specialisation?Industrial / ManufacturingLocationHong KongJob Type:PermanentConsultant nameGrace LeeConsultant phone+852 2848 4721Job ReferenceJN-092026-7099803
