Due to continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team and provide strategic legal support across property development and sales activities.Job DescriptionProvide legal advice and support on all aspects of property development projects, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and asset management matters.Lead and manage legal matters relating to first-hand residential property sales, ensuring compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and other applicable regulations.Draft, review, negotiate and advise on sales brochures, price lists, sales arrangements, tender documents, agreements for sale and purchase, assignments, and other transaction documents.Advise business stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters relating to property sales and marketing activities.Support land acquisition, government lease modification, land exchange, planning, and development-related transactions.Review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements associated with property development projects.Manage external legal counsel and coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Corporate Affairs.Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the property industry and provide practical legal guidance to business teams.Handle disputes, complaints, regulatory enquiries, and litigation matters when required.Participate in strategic projects, corporate transactions, and ad hoc legal matters as assigned.The Successful ApplicantQualified solicitor in Hong Kong.Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained from reputable law firms and/or in-house legal departments.Strong experience in first-hand residential property sales in Hong Kong is essential.Solid knowledge of the Property Ordinance, land administration, conveyancing, and property-related regulations.Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions and provide commercially sound legal advice.Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).Candidate with less PQE can be consider as Legal CounselWhat's on OfferOpportunity to join a leading property developer with a strong market presence.Exposure to high-profile property development and sales transactions.ContactChristy ChengQuote job refJN-082026-7090671Phone number+852 2848 4797Job summaryFunctionLegalSpecialisationCommercialWhat is your area of specialisation?PropertyLocationHong KongJob Type:PermanentConsultant nameChristy ChengConsultant phone+852 2848 4797Job ReferenceJN-082026-7090671
