Our client is seeking an experience Execution Counsel to work closely with the business. The role would be hands on and help guide the business in their investments into Real Estate, Data Centers and Infrastructure projects across the region.

Our client is a Prominent Hong Kong based Private Equity firm, with over $50B in AUM.

Job Description

This role would report to the General Counsel for the fund, and embed itself within the Deal Team to advise on structuring and regulatory impacts of any investment opportunities they look at, with a focus on Real Assets, Infrastructure, and Data Centers.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years PQE, Common Law Qualified
  • Fluency in English
  • BigLaw background
  • Experience leading Data Center, Real Estate or Infrastructure deals with M&A focus
  • In-house experience preferred, but not mandatory

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 270,000 to USD 320,000 annually.
  • Discretionary Performance Bonus
  • Permanent role based in Hong Kong.
