About Our Client

Our client is a leading investment management platform backed by a prominent State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), with a strong mandate to expand its global footprint. The firm manages a diversified portfolio across private equity, and alternative investments, and is actively scaling its investor base across Asia and beyond.

Job Description

As a Senior IR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead fundraising initiatives with a focus on Family Offices across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and global markets.
  • Develop and execute investor engagement strategies, including roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and tailored presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective LPs, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with investment and product teams to articulate fund strategies, performance, and market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to refine fundraising approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IR should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital introduction within asset management, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Proven track record in raising capital from Family Offices or institutional investors.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with or within SOE-backed platforms is advantageous.
