Job Description

  • Lead the HR function across both corporate and manufacturing operations, ensuring effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary HR business partner to senior management, factory leadership, and operational teams, providing advice on people-related matters and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR compliance initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation, controls, and records to support internal audits, ISO standards, and other certification requirements.
  • Coordinate and support audit preparation, ensuring HR processes and documentation remain compliant and audit-ready.
  • Partner closely with factory management to promote a safe, stable, and productive work environment while supporting workforce engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and management trainee programs.
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement practical people strategies that support the company's long-term growth and operational objectives.
  • Undertake ad hoc HR projects and responsibilities as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong exposure to frontline employees engagement; with experience supporting blue‑collar workforces and ISO‑related compliance
  • Candidates with background coming from Supply Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing, Construction and F&B retails are highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing a small HR team and delivering comprehensive HR support to business
  • Commercially minded, practical, and comfortable operating in a steady and risk-averse environment
  • Highly motivated and passionate in employee relations and people strategies
  • Forward thinking, hands on, proactive and enjoy working with a diversified workforce
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
