Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of global product integrity standards, ensuring consistency in construction, quality, and manufacturing practices across all product categories
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in garment construction, materials, and technical specifications, driving best-in-class product excellence
  • Review and validate technical packages to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) readiness and smooth production scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, and Commercialisation teams to embed quality and construction excellence early in the product lifecycle
  • Conduct technical evaluations at key development milestones, including prototype reviews, buy-ready stages, and seasonal product sign-offs
  • Drive root cause analysis for product issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate recurring risks
  • Lead seasonal technical quality reviews (TQR) and proactively manage risk assessments for new developments and high-risk products
  • Approve pre-production and sealed samples, ensuring bulk production readiness in line with defined quality standards
  • Build and strengthen vendor capabilities through on-boarding, technical training, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse quality data and field feedback to identify trends, drive strategic improvements, and mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of technical excellence



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Garment Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in apparel manufacturing, product integrity, or quality management
  • Strong expertise in garment construction, material properties, and global manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Solid track record in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with vendors across Asia; factory exposure is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
