Job Description

As a Senior FP&A/FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial performance across multiple countries and business units.
  • Deliver monthly management reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with commercial, operations, and functional leaders to drive business performance.
  • Support business cases, investment evaluations, market expansion initiatives, and M&A activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and FP&A best practices across the region.
  • Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to regional and global management teams.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A/FP&A Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance.
  • Proven regional FP&A experience within a multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing key decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive management.
