About Our Client

A well-established and expanding multinational manufacturing group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take the lead in overseeing Hong Kong finance operations while gaining regional exposure.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Hong Kong finance operations, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and foreign exchange risk mitigation.
  • Provide financial oversight and support to PRC operations, ensuring alignment with group policies and performance targets.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and group policies.
  • Support and actively participate in group-level strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A recognized professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years' solid finance experience, preferably gained within factory-based or manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of manufacturing cost structures, inventory management, and production-related financial controls.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop finance teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.
  • Hands-on exposure to PRC manufacturing operations, with sound knowledge of cross-border accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions projects is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Finance Manager.
