A leader in the Information and Communication Technology space is currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to shape financial strategy and drive performance across Hong Kong and a growing European footprint.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee a regional finance team to deliver high-quality, efficient financial services across multiple jurisdictions, including European operations.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support key decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of accounting reports while proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, aligning financial plans with corporate strategy and operational priorities.
  • Strengthen financial governance by overseeing risk management, safeguarding data integrity, and maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements across all relevant regions, including Europe.
  • Lead and coordinate ad hoc financial initiatives and projects, including process enhancements and cross-functional collaborations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • A recognised professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Big 4 Audit experience preferred.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing regional or multi-country finance operations, preferably with exposure to European markets.
  • Prior experience in ICT, telecommunications, or technology-related industries will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken).
