About Our Client

A well-established and highly respected company with an expansive footprint across Hong Kong, the PRC, and the US, is seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance Manager.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the comprehensive financial accounting and treasury operations.
  • Lead financial reporting, analysis, and strategic tax planning to support corporate growth.
  • Partner with the Head of Finance to develop, implement, and refine the financial strategies and operational policies.
  • Manage a sizeable, high-performing finance team across Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
  • Establish and maintain internal control policies and financial procedures to safeguard corporate assets and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage key external relationships, acting as the primary liaison with banking partners, external auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Participate in high-priority ad-hoc corporate projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years of progressive financial experience, ideally gained within international audit firms and HK-listed corporations.
  • Previous experience leading and developing finance teams within mainland China.
  • Exposure to garment, or manufacturing sectors, alongside experience in financial system implementation, is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable driving results under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, with a resilient working attitude.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
