Job Description

  • Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.
  • Build and optimise customer journeys, email campaigns, and marketing automation processes.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum team members to deliver business requirements.
  • Design and implement data extensions, automations, SQL queries, and integrations within SFMC.
  • Support campaign deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing system support and enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and managing customer data within SFMC.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and API connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience within insurance or financial services projects is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Native or fluent Cantonese communication skills required.
  • Basic English communication skills for project collaboration.
