About Our Client

Our client is a joint venture asset management firm in Hong Kong offering a broad suite of investment solutions, including MPF, retirement schemes, unit trusts, ETFs, and customized portfolio strategies for retail and institutional clients.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for MPF and ORSO products.
  • Expand distribution channels and drive business growth initiatives.
  • Organize and execute marketing campaigns and client events.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and competitors.
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support to distributors and clients.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and provide updates to senior management.
  • Conduct product training for distributors to enhance engagement and knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales/business development within banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of MPF and ORSO products and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and channel development.
  • Holder of SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses; CFP or similar qualifications preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
