Job Description

The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, focusing on expanding private label and industrial battery sales. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, including preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and supporting clients through pre- and post-sales activities. By continuously analyzing market trends and customer needs, the role will uncover new applications and channels for battery solutions. Close collaboration with internal teams is required to meet client expectations, alongside delivering accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to support strategic planning.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline and has at least five years of experience in B2B sales or business development within manufacturing, trading, or the battery industry. Strong knowledge of the Americas market is essential, with existing industry connections considered a significant advantage. The candidate should be self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a multicultural team environment. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with fluency in English and Mandarin, proficiency in MS Office applications, and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
