Job Description

As the Sales Head, you will lead the global sales function and set the commercial strategy across key markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production capabilities. You will oversee major brand relationships, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's market position through strategic negotiations, seasonal planning, and proactive customer engagement. This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, collaborating closely with product development and operations, and monitoring market trends to shape competitive sales strategies. You will represent the company in major buyer meetings, industry events, and strategic business discussions to expand the organization's commercial reach. Frequent international business travel is required to meet clients, visit production facilities, and support key market activities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in apparel or knitwear manufacturing, with a strong track record of managing global brand accounts and driving consistent revenue growth. You should be strategic, commercially sharp, and deeply familiar with the dynamics of the fashion supply chain. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
